Job Description: Define and execute product strategy with cross-functional teams to drive overall business impact while ensuring good user experience Improve key platform metrics with a specific focus on driving order conversion within the Shopee App Design solutions that enhance the user experience within the buyer journey within Shopee App, with a deep localisation approach for the LATAM region Conduct in-depth analysis on user behavior to propose potential improvements and new strategies to continuously improve the topline metrics and conversion Work with the design and development team to translate our consumer insights and business know-how into products and systems that are impacting users daily life Work with the business and data team to monitor product performance and iterate the design based on user feedback Take ownership of the product development lifecycle and ensure timely delivery of products Please note the official working hours for this role are 2pm to 11pm daily.
