They are currently seeking for a Business Develoment Manager based in Philippine to support company's Utility Scale Renewable Development business in SEA countries. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

- Identify, evaluate, and develop project acquisition opportunities aligned with the business objectives of Utility Scale Renewables Business, encompassing Solar, Wind, and Storage.
- Evaluate financial models, formulate project development plans, and execute them, including resource assessments, development studies, and landowner agreements.
- Provide timely reporting on developmental pipeline progress and manage both internal and external resources responsible for preliminary evaluation, asset valuations, due diligence, and contract negotiation for renewable energy asset acquisition and development.
- To spearhead the due diligence process, negotiate PPAs, contracts, and MOUs, and oversee their management.
- Acquire leads for utility-scale EPC projects and lead bidding participation, negotiating commercial terms up to contract signing.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering or equivalent.
- 5 working years in the Solar/ solar LSS industry doing business development or sales in the Philippines market
- Experience in standard bid prerequisites within the renewable energy sector
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
