Responsibilities Assist the QA Manager in test planning, execution, and defect tracking for assigned projects. Work with cross-functional teams (QA, Development, Business, Vendors) to ensure product quality. Write and update test cases, bug reports, and release notes. Perform various types of tests, including functional, exploratory, API, database, and security testing on mobile, browser, and desktop applications. Report and track defects to ensure they're resolved. Ensure thorough testing for a positive user experience. Skills and Qualifications Diploma/Degree in computer science or information technology or IT equivalent. Experience in manual testing or a similar QA role. Prior experience in the i-Gaming industry is considered a plus. Familiarity with different types of testing (functional, exploratory, API, etc.). Knowledge in automation tools (i.e. Selenium WebDriver, TOSCA, etc.) Knowledge in automation test scripts design (i.e. regression testing, etc.). Flexibility in work hours to complete tasks on time. Requires Mandarin for QA of region-specific software builds. Malaysian citizen and possess own transport. Permanent vacancy based in Puchong.
