If you are looking to excel and make a difference, take a closer look at us…The Manager, Self Service Terminal (SST) Dispute Management’s responsibility is to monitor Disputes cases for SAN & Mydebit transactions by ensuring the cases are resolved in accordance to the policies, identify areas of improvement, resolve the production issues and manage any new ad hoc projects related to SST Dispute. The successful candidate will report to the Assistant General Manager, Enterprise Business Continuity (EBC) & Self Service Terminal (SST).Key Responsibilities:Act as a checker to attend, record & approved the dispute cases requested from the various parties within SST Dispute Register such as branches, FMU, Customer Experiences, Call Centre and other financial institutions through email, SIEBEL system & One Stop Portal system (OSP) as per BNM & Paynet’s guidelines.Monitor and check the dispute cases i.e refund for SAN & Mydebit, memo crediting for HLBB Cards Holder and Mydebit Manual Refund & Tag R volume cases received from Merchant Support Payment Team.Prepared SST Dispute reporting on monthly basis and ensure RCSA tasks are executed accurately on quarterly basis.Conduct the SST Register and OSP system reports to keep in track all cases being attended within SLA (10 business Days) and involved in weekly meeting discussion on the Dispute related issue.Job Requirements:Malaysian citizen.Bachelor's Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Finance/ Accountancy/Banking or equivalent with 5 years and above of working experience in financial institutions.Experienced in Dispute Resolution and knowledge in One Stop Portal System (OSP) are preferable.Fluent in written and spoken English with proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel.Strong people management and leadership skills with ability to guide a team.About Hong Leong BankWe are a leading financial institution in Malaysia backed by a century of entrepreneurial heritage.
