Client industry: Finance/ Insurance/ Banking Position: Pre-Transaction Checker - 1 year contract Working location: Kuala Lumpur-TRX area (reachable by MRT) Working hour: Mon-Fri, 830am-530pm Remuneration: Basic RM3,000 + language allowances (Mandarin speaker) Job Scope: Perform checks on documentation for New Business after ALs have approved the proposals Make calls and send email to customers when necessary. Collaborate with stakeholders in the continual improvement of processes to deliver pre and post-transaction survey call outcome Promptly and accurately complete all related administrative activities, in accordance with relevant service standards and to the customers' satisfaction. Liaise with appropriate departments in the organization to resolve issues brought up by customers. Perform any ad-hoc tasks. Requirements: Diploma or Degree holder in any relevant course, eg Business Administrative, Finance, Banking, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, HR, Psychology, PR, etc...
