Key Responsibilities: Be part of the Client Services Team to maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and to resolve any enquiries that clients may have. Proactively touch base with our clients to ensure they complete the client onboarding process. Reach out to clients to ensure customer experience is positive, promote new features and service and ongoing promotion. Be proficient in the traditional mediums of customer contact, call-ins, emails, online chats and also social media responses. Attend to clients' enquiries on our product offerings, account opening / management matters and general enquiries. Reach out to our internal base of clients for their account matters. Perform simple trade executions and liquidations for margin calls. Requirements: Candidate must be able to accept 5 days work week with rotate between morning shift & afternoon shift. Extra allowance will be given for afternoon shift (Work from home). 1 to 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity in the equities or investment industry. Familiar with financial products like equities, funds and services. Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal communication skills. Accreditation in CMFAS 1a, 6 and 6a will be a strong advantage. Expected to work closely with overseas office in China and Hong Kong hence proficiency in mandarin will be an added plus.
