- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proven track record (5+ years) in a Creative leadership or similar role within the fashion or luxury industry preferably, with an exceptional portfolio showcasing successful marketing campaigns and design concepts.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices, along with proficiency in design software and tools.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate creative teams effectively, with strategic thinking skills to translate marketing objectives into compelling creative executions.
- Understanding of luxury branding and target audience preferences.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Lead the creative process, from conceptualization to execution, for all marketing materials, including digital and print advertisements, social media content, website visuals, packaging, and more.
- Ensure that all design outputs reflect the brand's identity and positioning while staying current with fashion trends and industry standards.
- Oversee the creation and curation of engaging online content, including website assets, social media visuals or videos, and email marketing campaigns.
- Manage the development of impactful offline materials, such as print advertisements, event collateral, and in-store displays.
- Oversee the development of compelling brand narratives and storytelling across various marketing channels to establish an emotional connection with our audience.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging is maintained throughout all marketing campaigns and touchpoints.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's overall objectives and target audience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, consumer preferences, and opportunities for the brand.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and enhance campaign performance.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, copywriters, and marketing professionals, cultivating a collaborative and innovative work environment.
