Job Responsibility Reporting to the Director, based at the RM Dept. Work closely with a dynamic team to gather requirements and implement customized solutions within the CRM system Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, and workflows within the CRM system Handles Retargeting Solutions such as: Whatsapp Blasting, Messenger Blasting, SMS Blasting platforms. Identify data pattern & data accuracy Microsoft Excel data sorting Planning, design, strategize and propose an implementation plan to enhance the usability within the CRM system Stay up-to-date with CRM platforms updates and new features, and make recommendations for improvements to the platform. Role is office based, travel only once every quarter. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience working with Salesforce. Understanding of Salesforce navigation, customization and configuration. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to train and support end-users. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
