Financial Controller

• Ensure the accuracy of financial reports and compliance with local and international accounting standards.
• Manage financial audits, including liaising with external auditors and ensuring timely completion of audit requirements.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor and control financial risks, including cash flow and investments.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard the company's assets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial objectives.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and leadership to the finance team to ensure operational excellence.

• A professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (e.g., ACCA, CPA, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and compliance standards.
• Proven experience in the industrial or manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools, including ERP software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
