Job Description Manages and leads the direction for overall seller experience and growth on SPX Lead sourcing, networking activities required to maintain a healthy pool of sales leads Generate, engage and convert available sales leads Responsible for achieving sales targets on a month to month basis Lead a team of SPX account managers to manage key SPX sellers and sales activities Maintain high retention rate of sellers on SPX, crafting appropriate strategies & escalation channels to ensure continued growth Provide periodic suggestions to supporting functions on areas of improvement, and be the main bridge between sellers and SPX for all feedback Address daily ad-hoc issues faced from all stakeholders Closely work with local and regional stakeholders on growth initiatives Requirements A Bachelor's degree in any field, coupled with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience Experience acquiring brands/sellers for an e-commerce platform is a plus Knowledge of Business Development (Key Account Management) is a must, able to understand seller processes Excellent people management skills and good team player Strong communication skills in Malay and English, both written and verbal (fluency in Mandarin is good to have) Strong analysis and problem-solving skills Willingness to travel is a must Show more Show less
