ROLE SUMMARY: We are seeking a tech-savvy and proactive Marketing Technology Executive to support our B2B event marketing efforts. In this junior-level role, you will work across SEO, analytics, and emerging AI tools to improve digital visibility and campaign performance. You&aposll collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to implement marketing technologies, analyze data, and help our brand stay competitive in an evolving digital and AI-driven landscape. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Marketing Technology & AI Support Support the use of marketing tools including Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and email tools Explore and experiment with generative AI tools to enhance keyword research, content creation, and personalization Assist in optimize content for AI-powered and conversational search (e.g., Google's Search Generative Experience, ChatGPT, Gemini) Analyze AI outputs and marketing performance data to uncover content or targeting opportunities SEO & Content Optimization Conduct keyword research, including long-tail and intent-based terms Implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices Audit websites and identify areas for improvement in search rankings, crawlability, and user experience Collaborate with event teams to ensure SEO alignment during content planning and publishing POSITION REQUIREMENTS: 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, or marketing operations Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, GA4, Google Search Console, GTM, SEMrush, or similar Eagerness to explore new marketing technologies and generative AI tools Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a learning-first attitude Strong communication skills and comfort working across teams and with agency partners Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress or Sitecore is a plus SEO content writing skills are a plus Fluency in English is a must.
