The work we do here matters.Department Overview Current Product Engineering (CPE) team is responsible to resolve escalated customer cases
from the field, investigate validity, root cause and propose corrective action. The team works closely with Customers, Service team and Design engineering to ensure a seamless end to end experience for the customer. Besides, the team is also responsible to drive design changes in shipping products in the case of part obsolescence to ensure continuity of supply.Job Description

Drive post design activities and working together with global regional team on customer escalated issues
Perform necessary technical analysis and make decision to provide appropriate solutions or alternatives within the time limit and follow up to ensure resolution
Evaluate and analyze radio design by utilizing RF/Digital simulation tool, engineering equipment such as analyzers and oscilloscope, bench experiments and test & measurement automation
Engage in prototype bring-up and debugging, functional verification, manufacturing support, regulatory & reliability certification & standard

Basic Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunications Engineering
2 - 3 years working experience in Electrical/Electronics design. Experiences in RF/Digital field would be an added advantage.
Familiar with RF/Digital equipment such as network analyzer, oscilloscope and spectrum analyzer.
Familiar with RF/Digital knowledge, simulation and design tools such as ADS.
Strong analytical & problem solving skill
Able to work well with cross-functional teams independently.
