Responsibilities: Ensure high availability and performance of Windows infrastructure,applications, and services. Design, Architect & Implement Windows AD Policies, optimization& hardening in Windows environment . Automate repetitive tasks, workflows, and deployments using scripting or various technologies (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Terraform, Ansible, etc ). Deploy observability tools (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus,bGrafana, AWS CloudWatch, etc) for system health monitoring. Manage workload patching strategies. Provide technical guidance and support across our internal team. Collaborate with cross-functional business unit teams to ensure the process aligns with organization standard. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree/Diploma inrelevant field. At least 5 years of hands-onexperience as an SRE, Wintel Engineer or in a similar role. Expert in scripting languages like Powershell, Python, Bash or other similar languages. Experience in Wintel platforms,experience with On Premise is a plus. Strong understanding knowledge of networking concepts (DNS, TCP, IP, Routing) & Windows Server core services such as AD, GPO, Registry Key, sysinternals, etc. Familiarity with automationtools and frameworks such as Ansible, Jenkins, Terraform, CloudFormation, AWS Lambda etc is a plus. Certifications with Microsoft Windows Server, security or other infrastructure are advantageous. Shift rotation is required with extra compensation.
