What will you be engaged in As our new Risk Operation Analyst, you will be in charge of .. Conduct investigation on users using existing investigation models to identify fraud and mitigate risk within the company operations. Conduct routine and targeted user clean ups to update risk levels, ensuring all data is current and accurately reflects user activity. Perform in-depth data analysis to support risk management initiatives, identify patterns, and inform strategic decisions. Handle Risk Review escalations internally or externally by doing in-depth analysis and providing recommendations and solutions Manage and respond to emails from blocked users, providing concise and effective communication while upholding trust and safety standards. Assist with additional tasks as directed, support other Lines of Business (LOB) as needed, and engage in cross-functional activities. Participate in meetings and presentations or other designated projects assigned by department management.
