Report to superior for Industrial Relation/ Employee Relation matters. Responsible for coordinate the disciplinary actions and processes involved staff within the company. Work closely with districts and HR team in HQ; manage all cases referred to KL HQ. Prepare disciplinary processes related letters / documents. Conduct internal investigation, counselling sessions and Domestic Inquiry if needed. Act as company representative at Labour Office and Industrial Relation office whenever required. Plan and coordinate employee activities to cultivate motivation and promote relationship among the staff. Prepare and analyse the CARD report, recommend possible solutions to management. Assist in other ad-hoc duties as may be arranged from time to time. Job Specifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources/ Industrial Relation/ Law/ Business Law or relevant studies. At least three (3) years of related experience. Well versed in Microsoft Office Applications. Attention to detail and good communication skill.
