Client Background: Australia based MNCIndustry: Property/ Real EstateLocation: KL SentralHeadcount: 1 headcountTenure: 1 year contract (with chance to be converted to perm)Remuneration: Basic salary + 20 AL, 9am-5pm, Yearly Flexi Allowance RM1,500 + Free Parking & moreResponsibilities:Ensure accurate and timely monthly/quarterly/annual financial reportingEnsure smooth running of the finance operations in the Malaysia entitiesEnsure compliance with all legal, regulatory and statutory requirementsGood level of support provided to the Financial ControllerResponsible for the full spectrum of financial accounting and compliance function of the GroupPreparation of the consolidated monthly/quarterly/annual closing of accounts within stipulated deadlines and to maintain accurate accounting records Preparation of financial and operating budgets and forecastsPreparation of the cashflow balances and forecastEnsure income distribution are done accurately and in a timely mannerFiling of GST, withholding tax, FATCA and CRS returns in a timely manner Track development project costingsEnsure strict compliance with all accounting standards, tax, statutory, regulatory, legislative requirements, and legal obligations (such as Venture and Partnership Agreements)Manage external auditsAdministrator role for the bank accountsDevelop SOP and internal controls and ensure they are put in placeLiaise with both internal and external parties including Logos Group, investors, bankers, auditors, tax agents, company secretaries and regulatorsAttend to any ad hoc projects as requested by the Financial ControllerCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in Finance/Accounting/ Banking or equivalentPreferably with a professional accounting qualification (CPA* ACCA)An eye for details and IT literate in MS Office and accounting software Good analytical and interpersonal skillsAt least 5-8 years of working experience in a similar positionSub Specialization : Finance;Accountant
