Responsible for all aspects of a program at the site, serving as the site liaison between the company and the customer to ensure customer needs are met from an early development stage until release to mass production. Includes quotation process, order management and delivery, quality and managing of customer's expectations.2. Responsible for customer management and satisfaction, order management and delivery, revenue achievement, business issue resolution (A/R, E&O material issues, PPV credit, RMA's), and business development.3. Lead Sanmina project team to drive quality, delivery and manufacturing cost of new product launches with compliance to the Corporate NPI Checklist.4. Responsible for program risks management, conflict resolution and work packages negotiation as required.5. Responsible to conduct training including but not limited to SOP/ WI as assigned by Management. Participate in relevant audits including issues closures. Includes maintaining relevant records in shared drive for audit purpose.6. Direct accountability to Plant Management in assigned program not limited to NPI as assigned by management.Job Requirements:1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.2. Minimum 5 years experience in Program Management.3. ~ 5 years of working experience in the Electronics manufacturing environment.4. Having an engineering background is an added advantage.5. Self-motivated nature and able to work independently with minimum supervision.6. Must be a team player, highly motivated and committed with strong interpersonal skills.
