
Senior Sales Engineer

- Preparation of Annual Sales budget together with Branch Manager/ Management, follows by project forecast and pipeline.
- Interpret customer specifications and provide suitable product and solution proposals aligned with sales objectives.
- Develop relationships with key customers to identify business needs and project requirements.
- Identify, develop, and manage project sales opportunities within assigned territories or sectors.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and tenders to customers and prospective customers.
- Conduct negotiations and finalise project sales agreements, ensuring terms and conditions are reviewed in collaboration with the Branch Manager/Management.
- Oversee the end-to-end management of sales and project orders, with escalation of critical matters to the management as required.
- Generate high-quality sales leads and follow up after initial meeting/phone call.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by the immediate superior, in line with organisational requirements.
- Min SPM/ Diploma/ Bachelors Degree in engineering.
- Minimum 2 years experience in valve/industrial equipment.
- Sales oriented, possesses good communication skills and positive mindset.
- Ability to pick up product knowledge and react to customers requirements precisely, Strong techno-commercial mindset.
