SME for the domain area to interact, solicit requirements, and advise business users on solutions to address their business needs
Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and provide compelling and innovative solutions
Stay up-to-date on the latest technology and industrial trend in automate and modernize systems
Work closely with business, technology and other stakeholders to deliver the IT solutions that meets business objectives
Leads requirement gathering with business users ; work with users to translate the requirement in functional specifications/ user storey
As a liaison between business and technology users, collaborate with IT teams to address request / issue raise by users

Qualifications

Good knowledge in end to end business process in either

o Consumer or Corporate Banking’s Customer on boarding, Customer Relationship management (CRM), Wealth products such as Unit Trust, Bonds and Structure Investment.o Consumer Internet Banking, Corporate Internet Banking, Consumer Mobile Banking, Business Mobile Banking, ATM, Phone Banking, Payment products such as Real-Time Retail Payment Platform (RPP), Telegraphic Transfer , RENTAS, , Interbank Transfer (GIRO) and etc.o Consumer or Corporate Banking’s credit product and processing, such as credit card, secured/unsecured loan, and credit processing lifecycle.o Corporate Banking, such as trade finance product and processing, supply chain management, etc. Knowledge in other credit product and processing domain would be added advantages.

Experience in Digital Banking & business process reengineering project will be added advantages

Possess business analysis experience. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assimilate information quickly and gain consensus from multiple stakeholders when required

Good oral and written communication skills, including documentation and presentation skills

Comfortable communicating across business divisions and levels of seniority

Experience in agile/SCRUM deliver/ SDLC, digital initiatives involving technologies such as cloud, API, microservices etc will be added advantages
