Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role as an Executive Assistant in the Finance department. The position is located in Petaling Jaya. The Executive Assistant Finance will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, preparing and managing expense reports, and offering comprehensive executive support. Additional duties include handling administrative assistance and finance-related tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. your responsibilities will include : Establish, maintain and reconcile full set of accounts (using &aposOdoo' ERP & accounts system) Prepare monthly P&L, income statements and balance sheets Monitor cash flow and maintain cash controls Ensure transactions are processed and properly recorded Knowledge in SST & e-Invoicing Prepare and reconcile bank statements Process and record monthly invoices Prepare monthly payments Maintain proper accounting record and filing Filing of all financial files, records and relevant documents Process monthly payroll and prepare EPF/SOCSO/PCB submissions Record and track team leave Assist in liaising with external stakeholders e.g. auditors, tax agent, company secretary, etc. Administrative and HR duties :- Manage staff, office maintenance, servicing and supplies Provide administrative assistance to management, coordinate with different departments, and ensuring operational efficiency. Propose and implement suitable financial policies and procedures as and when required Job requirements Experienced in general account, finance and relevant areas Resourceful, with a positive and problem-solving attitude Initiative, drive and enthusiasm Good organisational and coordination skills Responsible, efficient and structured with attention to detail Responsible and able to work independently with minimal supervision! Able to work well under pressure Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Sheets Proficiency in Odoo software preferred Strong interpersonal skills to enable effective cross-functional team work A Diploma or Degree in Accounting and/or Finance is a requirement Has at least 3 years relevant experience Must be a Malaysian citizen Cares about integrity and equality and the ENVIRONMENT!
