Develop and execute business strategies aligned with company goals.
Lead and inspire a high-performing business development team.
Conduct market research to identify trends and translate insights into strategies.
Establish strategic partnerships to enhance market presence and drive growth.
Cultivate strong client relationships for exceptional customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred).
Proven success in senior-level business development roles, demonstrating hunger and a strong work ethic.
Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
Deep understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and customer behaviors.
Proficient in market research, analysis, and strategic planning.
Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships.
Financial acumen for analyzing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
