You’ll meet key leaders, understand how our business works, and learn the tools and mindset required to succeed here.Departmental Rotations (Month 1–10)Spend ~2 months per department across 3-5 core areas, such as:Marketing – Brand positioning, campaign strategy, and performance analysisFinance – Budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and investor reportingBusiness Development – Strategic partnerships, deal support, and market expansionOperations (Customer Service & Admin) – SOP design, QA improvement, and acting team lead exposureHuman Resources – Talent hiring, onboarding, and engagement strategyAt the end of each rotation, you’ll present your work and insights to the department head and programme team. You’ll be evaluated on contribution, clarity of thought, and growth potential.Final Project (Month 11–12)You’ll lead a business-critical, cross-functional, outcome-focused, and senior-management facing capstone project.
