Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks for backend and frontend services
Develop, execute, and maintain automated test suites (functional, regression, integration, performance)
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps to ensure testing is embedded in every stage of delivery
Write clear, reproducible bug reports and track them to resolution
Ensure CI/CD pipelines include robust, reliable test coverage and continuously improve automation workflows
Set up, configure, and maintain test environments in containerized and cloud-based infrastructure
Conduct exploratory and stress testing when needed to identify hidden issues and bottlenecks
Analyze logs, metrics, and real user actions to proactively detect and prevent defects
Mentor junior QA engineers, share best practices, and drive improvements in QA processes and culture
Champion quality across the team and propose product improvement solutions

Qualifications & Skills

5+ years of experience in QA with a strong focus on test automation
Proven expertise in designing and maintaining automated test frameworks
Hands-on experience with tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or similar
Strong proficiency with at least one programming language (Java, Python, Go, PHP, or similar)
Solid understanding of CI/CD processes and tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar)
Experience testing APIs using Postman, Newman, or similar tools
Familiarity with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
Strong knowledge of Scrum rituals and agile testing practices
Skilled in using bug tracking systems (Jira) and version control systems (Git)
English proficiency (intermediate or above) with strong communication skills

Nice To Have

Experience with backend test automation and performance testing frameworks (JMeter, Gatling)
Knowledge of Linux systems and Bash scripting
Exposure to observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog) for monitoring and debugging
Background in fintech, payments, or gaming industry
Previous experience contributing to open-source test frameworks or tools
