What will you be engaged in As our new KYC Lead/Sr Associate, you will be in charge of .. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the TIS - Know Your Customer (KYC) team Ensure team performance aligns with service level agreements (SLAs) and quality assurance (QA) targets Monitor and evaluate team performance through key metrics and provide regular reports Identify and support learning and development initiatives to meet both individual and organizational goals Collaborate with Learning & Development to assess and address team training needs Foster strong working relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners/vendors Ensure team adherence to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and compliance requirements Promote a positive, transparent, and collaborative team environment that encourages open communication and creative problem-solving Step in as needed to support conflict resolution, facilitate team collaboration, and guide problem-solving efforts Manage billing and financial coordination with external vendors and partners Analyze and provide recommendations to enhance fraud prevention strategies and processes Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders on projects related to KYC, chargebacks, and overall Risk Operations improvements Are you the ideal candidate First and foremost, ask yourself: Are you customer-obsessed This is the key SOCAR's prime value that drives our mission forward.
