About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and self results-driven Sales Manager to lead the growth of our latest version of a modern procurement software platform. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building reseller and partner ecosystems and is focused on driving indirect sales, not relying solely on traditional demo-to-client conversion models. As Sales Manager, you will drive indirect sales by forming strategic partnerships with resellers, system integrators, consulting firms, and technology solution providers. Your focus will be on expanding reach through scalable channels, not just demos and direct client onboarding. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy focused on reseller, referral, and strategic partnerships to promote Procurehere's latest version. Identify, onboard, and manage partners including resellers, system integrators, procurement consultants, and ERP advisors. Drive revenue through channel-led opportunities , rather than relying primarily on demo-to-client conversion. Negotiate and manage commercial agreements with partners. Provide enablement training, joint planning, and ongoing engagement to ensure partner success. Collaborate with marketing to launch joint campaigns and partner-focused promotions. Maintain a deep understanding of the market, procurement trends, and competitive landscape to spot partner-led opportunities. Contribute market insights to product and strategy teams to help refine offerings. Report on partner pipeline, forecasted revenue, and key activities to leadership. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years in channel or partnership roles (preferably SaaS or enterprise software). Strong track record of building and growing revenue through partners. Familiarity with procurement platforms or enterprise applications (ERP, sourcing tools, etc.). Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Self-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Willing to travel for partner meetings, onboarding, and events when needed. Nice to Have: Existing network in procurement, supply chain, or ERP consulting ecosystem. Experience launching or scaling a new version of a SaaS product. Familiarity with regional resellers and digital solution providers.
