Job Description: Monitor operation, troubleshoot, perform maintenance and repair all facility related which include of DI water plant, waste water treatment plant, compressor, chiller, exhaust system, aircond system, building, cleanroom (class 1K and 10K) and operation plant system (smart control facility). Responsible for the Mechanical Systems of the plant, inclusive of HVAC, Process Utilities (CDA, Process Vacuum, Process Gasses and Liquid Nitrogen) and Fire Protection System. Responsible and able to lead project management related to projects expansion (facility & cleanroom). Initiating improvement and cost saving projects for the factory. Ensures planned maintenance are effectively executed, and the systems are following Authority regulations, as well as the relevant Engineering Standards and Safety Standards. Record & analyse environmental and facility monitoring data, including cleanroom environment. Implement corrective and preventive action when any abnormal detected. Must be able to follow-up and implement actions from audit findings. Sound knowledge to understand and troubleshoot wiring and electrical system up to 415V. Handle Waste Water Treatment operation and schedule waste. Complies with environment, security, health and safety requirements. Daily reporting on facility related to team & management. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor&aposs Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Electronics/Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent. 3 years of relevant experience in facility management, including cleanroom environment. Good problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Independent and able to work with minimal supervision. Knowledge on AHU/ADU in cleanroom, CDA compressor, chiller and up to 415V electrical system. Fundamental of Air Conditioning and Refrigeration. Preferable AO chargeman/Wireman PW4(NIL).
