Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sr. Operations Manager located in Bayan Lepas. The Sr. Operations Manager will be responsible to manage the operations and to improve sales revenue/profit margin to meet company expectation through market penetration and efficient production. To establish and develop departmental requirement on manpower, machinery planning, etc and to ensure the smooth running of the entire section to meet company's objectives. Roles and Responsibilities To promote & improve on production processes in order to achieve more efficient production, shorter lead-time and effective cost. To initiate cost reduction program and monitor manufacturing cost involved. To maintain production efficiency and quality in accordance with company standard. To penetrate new account to meet departmental targeted sales. To make decision on customer quotation and to service customer when needed. To work with program manager to forecast potential sales and to ensure on time delivery. To identify training needs of the subordinates. To train and guide employees on skills needed to carry out the job effectively. To approve the purchases of all material for individual department. To oversee the implementation and administration of the maintenance of equipment and tools. To promote good employer-employee relations in line with company policy. To enforce safety standard and maintain good housekeeping. Job Requirements Degree or with min 10 years related working experience with at least 3 years' experience in managerial capacity. Strong exposure and knowledge in CNC Machining workshop. Computer literate Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skill. Result oriented and able to work under pressure.
