sales engineer - industrial gas equipments/valves

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets for valve or gas system products.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including entering new markets and securing partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners in the valve industry.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, product presentations, and sales collateral.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
• Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and events to network and promote our valve and gas system products.
• Provide training and product knowledge sessions to the sales team to enhance their understanding of valve and gas system technologies.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the valve industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of valve products, gas system products, applications, and industry standards.
• Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Ability to travel as needed.
