Support Lean implementation Job Description In your new role you will: Lead Kaizen events, value stream mapping, 5S, SMED, and other Lean tools across the organization. Develop and support digital transformation of Lean training & workshops. Track KPIs and analyze performance data to sustain long-term improvements. Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Green belt with strong understanding of Lean principles and methodologies like Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, 5S. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to train, coach, and run VSM workshops. Must be comfortable interacting with, and coaching, individuals at various levels of an organization with the appropriate level of tact.
