What you will do: UX Research & analysi s: Talk to users to understand their needs and challenges. Analyze data to find pain points in existing tools. Design & Prototyping: Turn ideas into high-fidelity prototypes (using Figma) to test with users and Improve designs based on feedback and measurable results. Visual Design : Create icons, illustrations, and dashboards that are easy to understand and inclusive, ensuring designs align with our brand's style. Enhance user experience: Audit user journeys, identify friction points through analytics and feedback, and iterate designs. Collaboration & Communication : Explain your design decisions clearly to teammates and stakeholders, and give and receive feedback to refine solutions. Build and scale design systems: Leverage existing design systems and create reusable components to ensure consistency across our evolving product suite. Ensure compliance: Follow Pulsifi's Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies (data protection, password policies, etc.) in all your work. You meet all or most of these requirements Proven work experience as a UI/UX designer or a similar role with Portfolio showcasing design thinking, visual, design solutions and your role in scaling them (HR tech or AI tools are a bonus!) Tool s : Strong skills in Figma. Familiarity wi th Sketch, Adobe Suite, or Miro is helpful. Experience with design systems such as Ant Design is a plus! Bonus: AI interest: Curious and eager to design ethical AI interfaces. Knowledge of web-based technologies and their impact on the feasibility of design solutions.
