Evaluate project and present group financial analysis to management. Provide financial advisory support to other department and division in group companies. Group cash flow management to ensure that company has sufficient fund for operation. Consolidation of group monthly estimated report and management accounts for submission to headquarter Formulate financial and accounting policies for the consideration of the Board and ensures that the finance of the organization is managed in line with approved policies and best practices. Financial and other ad hoc projects as needed including cost management, internal control, decision supports and financial application implementation. Manage and review all group accounting, financial, tax and regulatory reports/statements to ensure compliance with local standards and regulations. Liaise with Tax Agents, External Auditors and Corporate Secretary to ensure compliance with management policies and statutory requirements. Liaise with bank, third party and other financial institution. Coordination and liaison with other departments with regard to accounts. Quality Management Collation and report feedback from clients and staff and follow up preventive or corrective actions. Ensure that all work is conducted in accordance with the requirements of the Quality Management System Ensure activities support the retention of accreditations and auditing requirements. Safety & Environment Ensure that all work is conducted in accordance with the requirements of the Health Safety and Environmental Management System, observing in addition any site specific and/or statutory requirements. Minimum Competence Requirements Education Bachelor Degree in Finance / Accounting / Banking or equivalent Knowledge in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent Knowledge in tax Experience in SAP system Training/ Certification Internal training on relevant Corporate Service lines for Country/Regional market.
