- Report to Process Engineering Manager.
- Lead multiple teams to achieve department KPI and goals.
- Creating and presenting process improvement report.
- Ensure that the process standards, procedures and specifications are in place.
- Analysing the efficiency and costs of existing business processes.
- Ensuring continual improvement related to process, cost, production and overall quality of the products.
- Evaluate process flows and provide recommendations.
- Drive cost saving improvement activity. Such as Kaizen, lean manufacturing.
- Manage process engineering team to ensure that process expertise personnel have right talent and skills.
- Organize annual technology explore activities.
- Staying up to date with the latest technology and improvement strategies.
- Ensure that the project is executed with good quality and budget control processes.
- Adhere to all application Occupational Safety and health laws and regulation as well as such standards, practices and procedures instituted by the Company.
- Any other responsibility which may be assigned from time to time by Department Manager.
- Min. Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering Field or 5 years related in sheet metal process experience.
- Computer literate including engineering software.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Excellent analytical, mathematics skills. Well cost, quality mind and risk manage.
- Leadership skills necessary to manage and develop a team.
- Self-motivated attitude with the ability to multitask and thrive in a timeline-driven environment.
- Report and procedure writing skills.
