Responsibilities /Accountabilities Key responsibility is to manage and drive sales activities through a group of Account Managers of assigned segment to achieve the revenue and sales target for the division. Supervise , motivate and drive a group of Account Managers to achieve sales & revenue target monthly/ quarterly of a assigned business segment. Translate Company's and Division's Sales & Revenue Target into planned business strategies for Account Managers to ensure activities are aligned to meet given target Establish and maintain Key Business Relationship with the key customers of the business segment to improve customer experience. Responsible to monitor and analyze the performance of the sales team through monthly reviews of the team's sales visitation and performance report. Produce plans for the unit's trade activities/ program to achieve the quarterly/ yearly target Assist and guide Account Manager's Account Planning Document to improve the acquiring and expanding of new business opportunities. Requirements Minimum 7 years sales experience with leadership experience. Minimum qualification of Bachelor's Degree in Sales and Marketing or relevant industry qualification. Good understanding of the business segment (Industry Vertical). Capable to analyze, plan and recommends strategic decision to management. Good in Microsoft Office Applications. Good presentation skills and good decision making.
