- Achieve sales target within product range in assigned territory.
- Mapping existing hospital installation and competition in assigned territory.
- Pursue sales lead, promote standard, product and conclude order with professionalism.
- Create the awareness of the HTM standard and the good practices for the industry.
- Develop and maintain strong relationship with distributors and key customers.
- Provide products and commercial support to distributors and customers.
- Liaise with internal colleagues to coordinate activities in executing sales order.
- Seek and promote new product launch by the division.
- Feedback and report on all sales related activities and market information.
- Undertake ad-hoc projects and assignments from time to time as per Business Line Manager's instruction
- 3 to 5 years of sales experience, with a preference for candidates who possess a proven record of success in the medical sector, particularly in hospitals, medical centers, and related fields.
- A university degree or diploma in a pertinent field, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in English is crucial, along with the capability to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia.
- Skills in presentation, business writing, negotiation, social interaction, sales, and computer literacy are required.
