We are seeking a results-oriented Technical Market and Operations Analyst to support our procurement strategy, market research work and spend optimization efforts. This role is ideal for a highly analytical individual who thrives in a consulting firm environment, demonstrating an understanding of cost analysis, product assessment, supplier landscapes, and market dynamics. The candidate must also possess strong PowerPoint design skills to transform complex data into impactful visual stories and executive-level insights. The candidate ideally is willing and interested to work in an environment where everyday is a new project and a new challenge to solve. Comfortable in uncertainty and motivated to do what it takes to learn anything and everything that crosses his/her path. Brief over view of responsibilities although full responsibilities are not limited to this scope as we are a growing startup! Key Attributes we are looking for: Self starter High ownership Curiosity Desire to learn anything Strategic Sourcing Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives including RFPs, vendor negotiations, and contract optimization. Evaluate supplier capabilities, pricing, risk, and compliance to ensure alignment with firm and client objectives. Collaborate with project teams to identify sourcing needs, define specifications, and ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met. Spend Analysis Analyze internal and client spend reports across multiple categories to identify cost-saving opportunities and procurement trends. Build and maintain dashboards or models to track key procurement KPIs such as cost reduction, supplier performance, and contract compliance. Partner with Finance and Operations teams to validate spend data and interpret financial impact. Market Research and Intelligence Conduct in-depth market research on supply base trends, emerging vendors, pricing benchmarks, and best-in-class procurement practices. Deliver competitive and supplier intelligence reports to support strategic decisions and client advisory. Monitor macroeconomic and geopolitical factors affecting sourcing strategies (e.g., commodity volatility, tariffs, supplier disruptions). Open to learning technical aspects of a product regardless of the industry. Presentation Design and Insight Generation Develop clear, visually compelling PowerPoint decks to communicate sourcing strategies, spend analysis, and market insights to internal teams and client executives. Distill complex data into concise, insight-driven narratives tailored for C-level presentations. Uphold high standards in storytelling, structure, and slide design, including use of charts, infographics, and visual frameworks. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Economics, International Business. 2-5 years of relevant experience in procurement, consulting, finance, or market research. Proficient in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and procurement tools Advanced PowerPoint skills with a strong portfolio of decks built for executive communication.
