Visual Merchandiser (Sportwear- TRX)

• Creatively arrange products and displays in retail environments to attract customers and increase sales.
• A deep understanding of consumer behaviour, and the ability to effectively communicate a brand's message through visual elements.

• Ensure consistent display of products and POSMs in all stores according to brand guidelines.
• Assist in planning store layouts and zoning for store opening projects.
• Aid in the planning and execution of trade shows, roadshows, clearance sales, and other events.
• Manage permit applications, contractor's schedules, and prepare VM reports.
• Conduct store visits for improvement and rectification purposes.
• Provide training and guidance to in-store Visual Merchandisers.
• Track, monitor, and manage visual merchandising stocks and expenses.
• Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities assigned by management.

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in graphic design, visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, exhibition design, visual communications, or related field.
• Strong commercial awareness and interest in visual merchandising displays.
• Demonstrates initiative, creativity, analytic skills, and results-driven mindset in fast-paced settings.
• Capable of working independently and under pressure.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to also work autonomously.
• Willingness to travel.
