Role Description We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth in our BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) and RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) services. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing clients, particularly in Malaysia, who require talent acquisition and HR outsourcing solutions. This role is fully remote . Key Responsibilities Identify and target potential companies in Malaysia that require HR outsourcing and talent acquisition services. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings, presentations, and follow-ups. Develop and execute business strategies to expand our client base for BPO and RPO services. Negotiate service agreements, pricing, and terms to achieve win-win outcomes. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth. Requirements Proven experience in Business Development within the RPO or BPO industry. Demonstrated track record of acquiring clients for HR outsourcing purposes. Strong understanding of the HR outsourcing market and recruitment processes. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English ; Mandarin is a strong advantage. Ability to work independently, with strong negotiation and deal-closing skills. Results-oriented with a proactive and resourceful approach. Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates from China are highly encouraged to apply, though applications from other countries are welcome.
