- Being able to take final technical decisions within the competence instead of escalating problems to higher levels of hierarchy.
- Ability to assess problems beyond the scope of the competence before escalating them to the next level of the technical hierarchy.
- Able to distinguish between the two cases described above.
- Independently designing and developing code in cooperation with the Team Leader using various tools, as well as taking responsibility for quality assurance of their development.
- Responsible to review deliverables for content, accuracy, and potential system impacts.
- Provide feedback and suggestions after review deliverable for alignment with objectives.
- Familiar with SDLC and experience in implementing projects from start to finish.
- Analyse the root cause analysis of problems over all phases of project.
- Solving issues and provide assistance to clients.
- Project execution on Amazon Cloud (AWS) or at the clients location.
- Enforcing and communicating coding standards.
- Works with a broad group of teams to successfully execute solutions, including clients, senior management, and project managers.
- A Bachelor’s Degree such as BSc, MSc B tech in any IT related like Computer Science or MIS.
- At least more than 6 years experience with software coding, designing and testing.
- Proficiency with SQL and database concepts together with one or more of the following skills:
o Database Development skills (preferably in Oracle PL/SQL).
o Java, Cx, C/C++.
- Experience in working with version control tools such as SVN and Git / DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes / Cloud technology like AWS / UNIX/Linux Operating Systems would be an advantage.
- Proficient communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Able to speak Spanish will be advantageous.
- Adaptability to travel to customer locations for certifications related to payment schemes, onsite installation and training, support for user acceptance testing, and participation as a floor walker and software specialist during client visits.
