Job Responsibility Accountable for daily administrative tasks within the office and ensuring overall operational efficiency Ensuring the secure custody and protection of office assets and properties Keep track of office supplies/stocks and make necessary orders to ensure sufficient quantity Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, parcels etc.) Arrangement of merchandise for students and documents for signature Arrangement of accommodation for students and preparation for check-in/out Oversee maintenance workers and schedule maintenance when necessary Respond promptly to maintenance requests and inquiries Maintain accurate rental records Collection of documents in the embassy/statutory bodies/agency Coordinating the examination venue set up to ensure compliance with examination requirements Facilitate the maintenance of effective communication channels between our organization and the parents Assist in document fillings to ensure compliance with relevant government bodies Assist other departments in administrative tasks Other ad hoc tasks as and when necessary Job Requirements SPM/Diploma academic qualifications in any relevant fields. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Good attitude and responsible character. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team. Ability to lift and carry things. Possess a motor/vehicle license. Required to be present in the office every day; remote work is not permissible. Knowledge of basic maintenance skills is an added advantage.
