- Provide front desk reception duties includes handling of all phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Receive and greet all visitors in a professional and warm manner.
- Collect, receive, and distribute all incoming mails and courier items.
- Meeting room arrangement.
- Maintain tidiness of the reception area.
- Maintain and upkeep of office facilities, and office housekeeping.
- Liaising with suppliers such as printing, company uniforms, and stationery etc.
- To order and arrange of corporate meal.
- Liaise with suppliers and order of drinking water.
- Ensure and maintain cleanliness of the pantry.
- Arranging for office supplier service.
- Liaise with KLCC building management.
- To order and stock up of pantry item.
- To supervise cleaner on office cleaning.
- To undertake all other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management from time to time.
- Minimum SPM/Diploma.
- 1 year of administration of related experience.
- Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Sufficient knowledge in Microsoft Office.
- A self-starter, fast learner and hardworking who is able to work independently as well as a team.
- Able to start work immediately.
