- Source materials, services, equipment, and products and liaise with relevant departments to maintain adequate supplies.
- Compare and assess quotations for pricing, item specifications, purchase terms, etc.
- Set up new supplier or vendor accounts for the company.
- Ensure suppliers adhere to company policies and regulations.
- Coordinate post-sales services for materials, services, and equipment with suppliers and vendors.
- Maintain organized records of purchases, pricing, invoices, and other essential data.
- Track and manage delivery timelines with vendors.
- Enforce the company's procurement policies and procedures.
- Undertake any other duties as assigned by superiors or management.
