All team members are empowered with the freedom to influence each other as long it complies with our Company’s values and vision.What You'll Responsible For:Monitor, check, and correct vessel emission and performance data in designated reporting tools and platforms.Ensure suppliers and service providers fulfill their data quality obligations, initiating follow-up and escalation where required.Coordinate internally and externally to resolve inaccuracies and ensure compliance with global emission regulations.Review and update monitoring plans in line with regulatory changes, vessel updates, and organizational needs.Ensure compliance with emission-related reporting requirements globally (e.g., IMO DCS, EU MRV, EU ETS, UK ETS, FuelEU Maritime).Support the submission of verified reports to regulatory bodies and verifiers in line with deadlines.Support safety management and security processes where linked to data accuracy and reporting.Undertake ad hoc projects related to vessel performance, supplier oversight, and regulatory compliance.Perform other duties as assigned by the VP Global HSEQ & Systems, or by the designated reporting line if the position is assigned to another company fully or partially owned by Wilhelmsen under an intercompany agreement.What Experience and Skills Required:University degree or higher vocational training in a technical or maritime discipline.Seafaring experience, preferably at Junior Officer level (Third/Second Officer or Fourth/Third Engineer).Good command of oral and written English.Basic computer knowledge.Environmentally focused mindset.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with shipboard staff, suppliers, and stakeholders.Nice to have:Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, complex formulas for data validation & trend analysis).Database skills (SQL queries, understanding relational structures).Programming/scripting (Python) for data processing, automation, and error-checking.Data visualization & reporting (Power BI, Tableau).API / system integration knowledge (to connect reporting platforms and data sources).Data quality tools & frameworks (knowledge of cleansing, validation, reconciliation methods).Cybersecurity & data governance awareness (important when handling regulatory data).*Only shortlisted candidates will be contactedBecome a valued member of our team, where every day presents new opportunities for learning and development.
