This pivotal role is responsible for providing essential first-level support, conducting thorough system testing, and delivering effective user training for our core business applications, directly contributing to operational efficiency and user satisfaction. This role reports to the Manager of Business IT Support. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Functional Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as per User Requirement Specification (URS). Perform Regression and other tests to ensure no impact to Production. Provide first-level support and solutions/workarounds for troubleshooting problems and attending to queries within the service level. Act as primary support for CIF applications. Act as secondary support for Auto Loan applications. Prepare test plans and schedules. Update user manuals, system-related functionalities, workflow processes, and other relevant documentation for team and department reference. Prepare training materials and conduct training for system applications as and when required. Coordinate with users and IT to ensure that testing is according to schedule. Identify process improvements within IT support and contribute to the knowledge base by documenting common issues and resolutions. Jobholder Requirements Malaysian citizen. Education/Qualification Bachelor's degree in Banking / Accounting / Business Information Systems Experience/Requirements Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in a financial institution (credit/branch operations, loan documentation). Proven experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with AS400 Query utility is an advantage.
