- Education: Diploma/Professional Certificate in Early Childhood Education, Education, TESL, English, Business, Management, Accounting, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in a related role.
- Languages: Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is preferred.
- Location: Willing to work in Seri Kembangan.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Personal Attributes: High moral values and discipline.
- Assist with lesson plan implementation and instructional material preparation.
- Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning.
- Help manage student behavior and enforce classroom rules.
- Support classroom organization and setup of educational materials.
- Assist with grading and providing student feedback.
- Supervise students during lunch, recess, and field trips.
- Ensure student safety in all settings.
- Communicate with parents on student progress and behavior.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student needs.
- Aid in language skill development and technology integration.
- Support use of educational tools (e.g., computers, tablets).
