Location: Puncak Jalil / Mahkota CherasRESPONSIBILITIES:-Provides consultation to parents with our “Happy Art for Character Building” syllbus
-Address parents’ enquiries and satisfaction issues promptly
-Attend management training session
-Communicate professionally with parents regarding their child’s performance
-Organize fun activities
-Encourage children to practice creative minds and personality development
-Be kind, respectful, patience, and positive to the children
-Able to lead the team to achieve goal, know how to assign tasks and able to build a good team culture
-Bring out the best of center’s teachers by providing training, coaching, development and motivation
-Manage administrative works of the center i.e. fees collection, records, roll call etc.
-Share knowledge with other branches and HQ on effective practices, competitive advantage and needsREQUIREMENTS:-Minimum DIPLOMA and above
-Proficient in English & Mandarin
-Minimum 1-2 years of experiences in management
-Punctual and willing to work on weekend
-Passionate in education
-Excellent verbal communicate skills, organizational skills and lead team to achieve goal
-Follow job ethics and code of conduct
-Willing to learn, love kids, patience, fun and have positive mindsets
