- Assist in overseeing and reporting on social media analytics across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, stakeholders, and various departments to produce a diverse range of branding materials.
- Help plan and schedule posts, along with writing basic copy.
- Assist in maintaining a consistent brand identity across all platforms and materials.
- Help administer and operate the backend of our loyalty program app, troubleshooting user problems as needed.
- Willingness to travel as needed to explain our app's functionality and offer troubleshooting to customers and end-users.
- Entry to mid-level candidates are welcome!
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and branding is a plus.
- Familiarity with analytics tools and social media platforms.
- Good communication abilities and a knack for teamwork.
- Willingness to learn SEO.
- Basic graphic design skills for crafting social media posts using software/apps like Canva are a plus.
- Some customer service experience is beneficial.
- Experience with project management software is a plus but not required.
