- Join the End to End (E2E) Supply Chain planning team, focusing on one of the company's divisions.
- Handle tactical and strategic planning, backlog management, and master data coordination and optimization.
- Analyze stock outs and capacity issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
- Run the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cycle, including statistical and manual forecasting for key materials.
- Conduct lead time analysis, develop stocking strategies, manage stock buffering, and oversee shelf-life management.
- Prepare supply projections for vendors, production, and inventory to support operational planning.
- Provide strategic recommendations to build an agile and resilient supply chain, including changes like new material variants or production moves.
- Proactively manage backlog reduction and order escalation within the division.
- Define and implement business planning parameters accurately.
- Hold a degree in Engineering, Natural Science, or Business Administration.
- Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and a fast learning ability.
- Work independently with a proactive and clear communication style.
- Be self-driven, smart, and able to think quickly to solve problems.
- Have good knowledge of MS Office and SAP systems.
- Be proficient in written and spoken English.
- Be open and able to work the EU shift (2pm-11pm Malaysia time).
