- Minimum of 5 years of relevant Human Resources experience, with prior experience in Human Resources management considered an added advantage.
- Experience in larger organizations will be offered higher compensation.
- Strong understanding of Human Resources practices and labor regulations.
- Ability to balance administrative tasks with employee-focused initiatives.
- Proficient in Human Resources systems.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and problem-solving skills.
- Support recruitment process including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with headhunters and recruitment agencies when necessary.
- Set and monitor employee KPIs and performance appraisal systems.
- Develop, and implement Human Resources handbook and SOPs to standardize policies and procedures.
- Manage Human Resources administration including employee monthly payroll/benefits support, employee records and compliance with labor laws.
- Contribute to performance management, employee engagement and Human Resources initiatives.
