  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant Human Resources experience, with prior experience in Human Resources management considered an added advantage.
  • Experience in larger organizations will be offered higher compensation.
  • Strong understanding of Human Resources practices and labor regulations.
  • Ability to balance administrative tasks with employee-focused initiatives.
  • Proficient in Human Resources systems.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and problem-solving skills.
Tanggungjawab
  • Support recruitment process including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with headhunters and recruitment agencies when necessary.
  • Set and monitor employee KPIs and performance appraisal systems.
  • Develop, and implement Human Resources handbook and SOPs to standardize policies and procedures.
  • Manage Human Resources administration including employee monthly payroll/benefits support, employee records and compliance with labor laws.
  • Contribute to performance management, employee engagement and Human Resources initiatives.
