Minimum qualification of PMR / SPM / Diploma / Degree.
Able to communicate well and professionally.
Able to work under supervision and demonstrate high work discipline.
Open to feedback and able to work independently or in a team.
Experience in a related field (experience as a Credit Control or Team Leader is an advantage).
Candidates who can bring an existing team are highly encouraged to apply.
Able to work 5 days a week, plus alternate Saturdays.

Responsibilities

Contact customers to collect outstanding balances.
Update payment records and maintain communication records with customers.
Provide regular collection status reports to management.
Collaborate within the team to achieve maximum performance.
Provide professional and excellent customer service.
