Your Day-to-day Will Look Like This Precisely manage eCommerce order fulfillment, liaising with suppliers. Maintain accurate records of orders, customer details, and shipping information. Monitor inventory levels, ensuring products are always in stock. Stay updated on company's product range. Coordinate with international suppliers for fulfillment matters. Provide timely and adept customer support, addressing inquiries, feedback, and complaints. Resolve pending issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction. Handle post-order tasks and customer interactions professionally. Update and maintain FAQs and standard responses. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers. Stay knowledgeable about company's products for efficient assistance.
